Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Remmi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Remmi provides AI-powered invoice processing software. The Service includes invoice capture, GL coding, matching, tax validation, fraud detection, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Pricing and Payment

Current Pricing

• $0/month base fee
• $1 per invoice processed (volume discounts apply)
• First 5 invoices free

Billing

Invoices are billed monthly in arrears. Payment is due within 30 days. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers.

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes don't affect invoices already processed.

5. Your Data

Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Remmi. We don't claim ownership of your invoices, vendor information, or other business data.

License

You grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service. This includes using anonymized data to improve our AI models.

Export

You can export your data at any time in standard formats. We won't hold your data hostage.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll notify you of planned maintenance in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remmi's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Remmi against claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

10. Termination

By You

You can stop using Remmi and close your account at any time. No cancellation fees. No lock-in.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We'll provide notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that, we'll delete it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
